Steps
For the close variation, take a plank position with feet together and toes on the floor. Place your hands close enough for the thumbs and index fingers to form a triangle. Brace your abs and keep your head, torso and hips aligned. Inhale as you lower and exhale as you press your arms straight. For the wide variation, place your hands slightly wider than your shoulders.
