Muscle group: Shoulder

Steps

Place your hands shoulder-width apart on the floor and kick into a wall-supported handstand. Use a spotter when first learning. Keep your arms and legs extended, body aligned and neck neutral. Inhale as you lower slowly until your head is near the floor; do not drop onto your head. Exhale as you press upward under control to nearly straight arms. Complete the prescribed repetitions.
